 1. How can I pay? Do you accept bank deposits or pera padala?  

Why yes, we do accept both!

BANK DEPOSIT -  We accept payments via bank deposit thru Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or Banco de Oro (BDO) mobile/gcash transfer or over-the counter transaction.

PERA PADALA - We accept payments via the following remittance centers: Palawan Express and GCash ONLY.

 

2. What are the available shipping options for us?

JRS is our official courier partner. Kindly CHOOSE right shipping fee to ship it via EXPRESS pouch. 

Shipping Schedule: Monday - Friday ONLY

After sending payment via email, you'll receive orders in: 

- MANILA & Central Luzon (2-3 days delivery)

- other area, VIS & MIN (2-5 days delivery) 

- Pampanga clients can opt to pick up their orders by schedule. Just leave a message in the email upon sending proof of payment & will inform you of the pick up details.

- Estimated cost of PHP 150.00 - 320.00

3. Do you accept rush delivery? What is you delivery schedule?

SORRY, we don't accept RUSH or SAME DAY shipping. But for Pampanga clients can opt to pick up their orders by schedule. Just leave a message in the email upon sending proof of payment & will inform you of the  pick up details.
Cut off time for the email verification of paid orders will be 7 pm daily.

Once your order has been verified as paid, it will be brought to our courier partner the next working day.

4. Do you do meet-ups? 

Sorry, no.

5. Can I pick up my order in your place? 

Yes, if you're willing to pick up your orders in our place in City of San Fernando, Pampanga or at Newpoint Mall, Angeles City. Just message me after you check out your order for instructions. 

6. How do I know when my order is expected to be delivered.

You will receive an email upon payment verification. Then, your orders will be brought to our courier partner next day.

5. How would I know what sizes to get for the coats?

6. How do I care for the fabric of my newly purchased clothes?

Here is a guide on how to take care of that lovely new coat or that cute set of mittens that you've just bought.

7. How do I know if an item is available?

Our team regularly updates the inventory list on our website given that a lot of our products are simply flying off the shelves. You can browse our website to check the status of a product.

If item is marked AVAILABLE - it means it is available

If item is marked SOLD-OUT - it means it is sold out

8. When will be the restocked of your soldout items?

We will try to restock sold out items monthly. Stocks are limited & some of our bestsellers will usually be sold out out in just 4-6 hrs after posting. As much as possible, our team would like cater everyone's requests to restock, but stock production are also dependent on our suppliers abroad.

Also, since our business is still young, we are short w/ manpower & we still don’t have a big stockroom. Thus, we really can’t import large amount of stocks yet. 

Will announce in IG whenever we will upload & restock items in our website. 

9. Can I pre order sold-out items?  

      No, pre order is now closed due to  sometimes there are delays of our cargo      deliveries from abroad. Also, we want to quality check each item first before  selling it. As much as we want to cater everyone's request, above everything, we want to protect our clients' trust & don't want to get people's money in advance. 

10. Do you allow pooling of orders to maximize my shipping fee?  

      YES. Just send me a message so I won't ship the items right after payment is verified & your orders can stay with me for a max of  2 weeks if you want to add more. 

11. Are your products brand new? Where is it made?

YES! We import our products from Hongkong & China. 

12. Do you have a physical store? 

We DON'T have a physical store. For now, all orders will be made through our website. 

13. What is your refund & exchange policy?

We do our best to check the quality of each of the items we sell. But, in instances that we accidentally sent you a damaged item. Send us a photo of the damaged item within 8 days after you were given the shipping tracking and we will refund your item 100%.
However, we won't exchange or refund your item if you decided to change size or color. Thus, it is IMPORTANT to read the description & size guide of each item before buying. 
 

14. Can I order through Instagram or Viber?

I won't accept orders through Instagram or Viber anymore. All orders MUST be made via website. Though, feel free to send me questions or messages through the platforms below & I'll gladly assist you.
